Soursop (also called graviola, guanabana or Brazilian pawpaw) is the fruit of the Annona muricata, a broadleaf, flowering, evergreen tree. Soursop is native to the tropical regions of the Americas as well as the Caribbean and it has become widely known for its high content of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
The soursop fruit as well as the leaves of the tree, have been known to be powerful in killing cancer cells, decreasing blood pressure, reducing or eliminating inflammation, lowering blood sugar, relieving nervous system disorders, calming migraines, parasitic infections, respiratory issues, pain relief, sleep disorders, reducing seizure activity, etc. Our clients are usually pleasantly surprised at the positive changes that occur in their bodies as a result of drinking Soursop Leaf tea on a regular basis!
INGREDIENTS: (.25 OZ / 15 – 25 LEAVES…depending on leaf sizes)
WILDCRAFTED, DRIED CARIBBEAN SOURSOP LEAVES
HOW TO CONSUME:
HOW TO MAKE SOURSOP TEA (8 oz cup SERVING):
STRAIN TEA AND DRINK HOT. ADD HONEY OR AGAVE NECTAR FOR FLAVOR. DO NOT ADD EXTRA WATER AND NEVER MICROWAVE
PREPARE 9 – 10 oz of WATER TO BOIL
RINSE AND CUT UP 3 – 4 medium or 2 large LEAVES
AFTER WATER HAS BOILED (do NOT boil leaves), TURN OFF THE STOVE
PLACE THE CUT UP LEAVES INTO THE WATER AND COVER THE POT
LET THE LEAVES STEEP FOR 30 MINUTES – 1 HOUR (the longer, the stronger)
STRAIN TEA AND DRINK WARM, HOT OR COLD
OPTIONAL: ADD HONEY OR AGAVE NECTAR. DO NOT DILUTE AND NEVER MICROWAVE

If you are looking for something with good flavor look no further ! I have had other teas where they needed sugar or honey , this tea needed nothing!
