How do I store my sea moss products?

Upon arrival, your sea moss gel may be warm so immediately place sea moss gel, gummies and smoothies in the refrigerator for at least 3 - 4 hours before consuming ( overnight is best). If you have multiple jars of sea moss, place one in the refrigerator and the others in the freezer until you’re ready for them in order to maximize freshness. Sea Moss Gel is good in the refrigerator for up to 3 - 4 weeks and in the freezer for up to 6 months. Our sea moss gel, smoothies and gummies all have key lime juice added as a natural preservative so it helps to slow down decomposition and/or spoiling.  You can also split the jar of sea moss by putting half in the refrigerator and the other half in the freezer until you’re ready for it. This really helps to interrupt the decomposition process as well.  Smoothies come in a 6 pk so to maximize freshness, place one in the refrigerator & the others in the freezer until the night before you’re going to consume it.  Sea Moss capsules will also stay fresh longer in the refrigerator.  However, they do not have to be refrigerated as the gel does because there are freshness packs in each bottle that will help prolong their shelf life.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are made to order. Therefore, please allow 1 - 2 days of processing and orders will be shipped out on the upcoming Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (of course no holiday shipping)

What is your return policy?

Please contact us via email if you are unsatisfied with your order.  We will assess all of the details and evidence while attempting to obtain a fair solution.
If your products arrive damaged & are unusable due to the damage, please take a photo of the product within 24hrs of the delivery and email the photo to: info@godsgiftseamoss.com.  If we decide to replace your product(s), it will be with the exact product(s) that were deemed unusable…no exceptions.

How much does shipping cost?

We only use USPS PRIORITY MAIL or USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS options for delivery due to our products being perishable. Shipping is calculated according to the delivery option chosen and your zip code.  There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges due to delays in shipping caused by the shipping carrier.  However, if this occurs, please contact us by email @ info@godsgiftseamoss.com so that we can try to rectify the situation.
